Maintenance status can be reviews for a single aircraft or for all the existing aircraft in the company. You can also print a maintenance report.
View global list of reminders and squawks
To view the global list of maintenance reminders:
- On the left-hand menu, select "Aircraft".
- Click on "Maint. Reminders".
Maintenance reminders can be filtered by aircraft or by status.
Resolving Maintenance Reminders
- Find the reminder you need to resolve either on the global list or on an individual aircraft profile. You can also resolve when looking at the aircraft list for any given template. Click “Actions” and then “Resolve”.
- The last completion information will default based upon the reminder type. Time will prefill with the current time for the meter, date will prefill with the current date, and cycles will prefill with the current cycle information. If necessary this number can be changed, and then click “Resolve”.
Maintenance Reminder Status and History.
- For an Individual Reminder click “Actions”, and then “Status”.
- You can view the current status of the reminder along with next due information.

- You can also view the history of the reminder to see each time the reminder has been resolved, by whom, and the values entered at the time of resolution.
To view the global list of squawks
- On the left-hand menu, select "Aircraft".
- Click on "Squawks".
Squawks can be filtered by aircraft or by status.
Review an aircraft's maintenance status
- On the left-hand menu, select "Aircraft".
- Select the aircraft.
- Select "Maintenance status".
The "Maintenance Status" window provides the information about existing squawks and the maintenance status
Printable maintenance status report
Flight Schedule Pro enables you to easily run and print reports for maintenance status. A maintenance status report is very useful to the maintenance staff, and will help them in planning and prioritizing the maintenance work.
- From the left-hand menu, select "Reports".
- Under the "Aircraft" section, select "Maintenance Reminders."
- Select the different filters to apply to customize your report.
Locations: the default is set to all locations, you can select a single location from the drop-down list.
Aircraft: the default is set to all aircraft. Click in the box to select one or several aircraft. - Click on "Run Report".
- Click on "Print".
You can also export the report, or modify it through the "Customize" button.
