How to resolve a Maintenance Squawks / Snags / Defects / Issues / Maintenance Notes?

To resolve an aircraft squawk / snag / defect / issue / maintenance note, navigate to the aircraft tab and toggle to "Squawks" (if using a different terminology that name will be displayed).

When a squawk is first created, it will always be in the status "Awaiting Review", select Edit.

When editing the squawk, if the aircraft needs to be grounded, toggle "Ground the Aircraft". Update the Status, Action Taken, and Save.

Open, will keep the aircraft squawk open. Closed, will close out the squawk and keep record of the Action Taken. The statuses can be created/modified in Settings > General > Aircraft > Squawks Statuses.
