Training Programs allow you to connect multiple courses into one overarching Program. You and your students can then track the progress of all courses within the Program.
Step by Step
Create a Program
To create a new training program, complete these steps:

- Navigate to Settings > Training Hub and click on the Programs row. A list of programs that have been created for your company is displayed.
- Notes:
- Only programs with a status of Active or Draft are displayed by default. To view Inactive programs, click in the Status filter and select Inactive.
- Notes:
- Click the Add Program button. The New Program view is displayed.
- Enter a name and select the courses you want to include in the program. Optionally, add a timeline for expected program completion. If you are ready to start adding students to the program, change the status to Live. Click Save. The program is added to your program list.

- You can include courses that are still in Draft status. However, students cannot be enrolled in those courses until the course status is updated to Live.
- If you select a course to include in the program and you later copy the course to create a new version, then the new version of the course will be included in the program for all future students. See Course Versioning for more information about copying courses as new versions.
- If your students are expected to have planned time off, make sure to include those planned breaks into your timelines.
- If you have different groups of students that are expected to complete the program at different rates, you can add multiple timelines.
- You cannot add students to a training program until the program status is set to Live.

View Program Details
To view details for a program you have created, complete these steps:

- Navigate to the program list (see Create a Program steps above) and click View for the corresponding program. Program details are displayed.

Edit a Program
To edit a program you have created, complete these steps:
- Navigate to the program details view (see View Program Details) and click Edit. The Edit Program view is displayed.
- Alternatively, click the View dropdown button on the program list and select Edit.
- Make desired changes, then click Save. Your changes are applied to the program.

- If at least one student has been added to the program, then you cannot modify courses or previously included timelines.

Delete a Program
To delete a program you have created, complete these steps:
- Navigate to the Edit Program view (see Edit a Program) and click Delete. The Delete Program view is displayed.

- Alternatively, click the View dropdown button on the program list and select Delete.
- You can only delete a program if no students have been added to it.
- Notes:
- Click Delete. The program is no longer displayed in your Programs list.
Permission Needed
- You must have the permission Manage Company Settings in order to create, view, and manage training programs.
