Issues Accessing FSP or Logging in

Occasionally we receive reports of issues logging into FSP, here are some steps to take prior to reaching out to our Support team! 

 

Common steps

  1. Ensure that you are at app.flightschedulepro.com
  2. Ensure that your email is properly entered in its entirety.
  3. If your password is auto-filling, remove it and re-enter your password. 
    Note: If this works after, clearing your cookies and cache in browser should resolve this issue. 

Further steps 

If the above steps were not the issue- here are the further possibilities. 

  1. If you are receiving an error message that states "No user associated with that email" after entering your email address. 
    This is commonly 1 of the following things- either the email is incorrect, you have not set up your FSP login yet or your login was inactive for >90 days. 
    If a school has created a profile for you and you are getting this error message, check your email for an email with the subject line of "Invitation for Online Access". If you do not see this email, please reach out to your school. This email contains a link to set up your account that will link to the profile you've been invited to.

  2. You are receiving an error message that states "Invalid email address or password". 

    This error message commonly points to your password being incorrect. If you are stuck here, and re-entering your password did not change the result, please select the forgot password option under the password field. There you will enter you email address associated with your account that will prompt an email with the subject line of "Password Reset Instructions" to be delivered to your email inbox. 

  3. You are able to login, but you get directed to a page of "My Companies" and see inactive in red. This means that your profile has been set to inactive by your school. Please reach out to your school to get this changed. 
  4. You are able to login, but you get directed to a page of "My Companies" and see inactive in red accompanied by a message stating "Company is not currently active on Flight Schedule Pro". 
    This means that the school is not currently subscribed to FSP. You will need to reach out to the school in regard to this. 

  5. You are able to login, but you get directed to a page of "My Companies" and you see no active companies. 
    This can mean you have just hidden your companies and can select the "Show Removed Companies" option and add them back.

 

If you've gone through all these steps and are still having issues accessing your FSP, please submit a support ticket and be sure to include the email you use to login, the company/school you are trying to access, and any error messages you may be receiving!
