Are you not seeing the option in FSP like adding funds or cancelling a reservation?
If you are not an admin user for your school, you are likely missing permissions needed for what you are trying to do.
You'll want to reach out directly to your school where they can decide to either perform the action on your behalf or grant you the needed permissions.
