It gives you instant, informed answers based on our latest documentation and support experience — and connects you with our team whenever you need a human touch.
Getting Started
The best place to begin is “Ask a Question.” Tower AI can help with a wide range of topics. Just type your question and Tower AI will do its best to guide you.
Tower AI is constantly improving, and every question you ask helps make it better. If you'd prefer to speak with a member of our support team at any time, simply let Tower know you'd like an agent!
Note: Agent access is reserved for staff at your school/organization. Tower will let you know if you are a user who needs to speak with their school instead of our team!
What You'll See on the Home Screen
From the Tower AI home screen, you’ll have access to several helpful options:
Messages – View your active conversations.
Tickets – View your active tickets with our Support Team.
Help – Browse knowledge base articles and guides.
Recent Messages – See replies and updates to your questions.
Ask a Question – Start a new conversation with Tower AI or request a support agent.
Get the Best Results
Tower works best when you talk to it like a person, not like a search engine.
Try writing full questions or short sentences, for example:
“I’m trying to schedule lessons but I'm getting an error. What should I check first?”
“Can you walk me through setting up online payments for a new school?”
“This error shows when I create a reservation. What does it mean and how do I fix it?”
You don’t need special keywords or exact article titles. Just explain what you’re trying to do, what you’re seeing, and what you’ve already tried, and Tower will respond with clear, step‑by‑step guidance or connect you to our team when needed.
