Pilotbase takes your privacy seriously. If you would like your login (username and password) permanently deleted from our system, we’re happy to help.
For most deletion requests, we recommend first contacting your flight school or organization to remove or inactivate your profile from their system. Once your login is no longer associated with any active profiles, your user account will be automatically deleted after 90 days.
Requesting Account Deletion
To delete your Flight Schedule Pro login, please:
Send an email from each email address associated with your account
Email: [email protected]
Include a request for account deletion
We will process your request as quickly as possible.
Important:
This process removes your global login data managed by Pilotbase.
Need Help with Your Profile Instead?
If you're having issues with your profile, schedule, or data within a flight school or organization, you likely do NOT need to delete your account.
Instead, depending on your permissions in our application please contact:
Support via the help button in the top right of FSP
Or your flight school / organization administrator

Pilotbase can only delete the data we directly control.
If you want your personal data removed from a specific flight school, FBO, or organization, you will need to contact them directly.
