Note: The ability to update a student's enrollment date requires the Manage All Student Enrollments permission, and the ability to update a student's graduation date requires the Add Student Graduations permission.
To update a student's enrollment or graduation date, you'll want to navigate to their Course Overview page. This can be done by viewing their course enrollments on their user profile by navigating to People -> View (next to the specific student) -> Course Enrollments -> View.
Or by locating them on the Students tab:
Next, you'll want to click Actions>View Enrollment:
Then select Edit in the view enrollment pop up window:
You will then be able to select a new enrollment date (Note: Student's Enrollment Status must be changed back to "Enrolled" if the student has been graduated):
To change the graduation date, you will want to change the student's enrollment status back to Enrolled, and Save:
After saving, go back to the Edit Enrollment screen and change the student's status back to Graduated, then approve the graduation:
Then select the new graduation date and save your changes:
If you require the student's enrollment and/or graduation certificates to be regenerated, reach out to Support and be sure to include the student's name and the name of the course.
