If you are experiencing frequent logouts from our web app, this article will help you understand the potential causes and guide you through steps to resolve the issue.

Common Reasons for Frequent Logouts

  • System Updates: Our team regularly pushes updates to improve performance and security. During these updates, users may be logged out.

  • Multiple Device Access: If you access the web app from multiple devices, it can cause session conflicts, resulting in logouts.

  • Session Expiry: For security reasons, users are automatically logged out 24 hours after their last login. We recommend manually logging out at the end of your workday to avoid unexpected logouts.

  • Local Network: If you are working on a shared network (airport etc.) there could be settings on the network that affect FSP. (Highly recommend getting FSP whitelisted on the network to help alleviate this)

How to Report an Issue

If none of the above reasons apply to your situation, please reach out to support with the following information to help us investigate further:

  1. Time Stamps and Activity: Provide the time stamps of some of the logouts along with a description of what you were doing at the time (e.g., navigating to a specific page, checking out a reservation, etc.).

    Example:

    Date: MM/DD/YYYY

    Time: HH:MM AM/PM

Activity: Description of the activity (e.g., "Entering a session", "Viewing the schedule")

  2. A screenshot showing any crashed webpages or errors

  3. Device Usage: Let us know if you access the web app from more than one device.

    Example:

Devices used: Windows Computer, Mac, Smartphone, Tablet, etc.

  4. Device Details: Specify the device you are primarily using, including its operating system version.

    Example:

    Device: Windows Computer

OS Version: Version 22H2 OS Build 19045.4412

  5. Browser Information: Provide the web browser you are using along with its current version.

    Example:

    Browser: Google Chrome

    Version: 125.0.6422.61
