Getting Error Information for Technical Support

Are you seeing an error message in FSP that isn't making sense? Help move your technical support ticket with our staff by getting us some key information with these steps!

  1. Open up developer tools in your web browser

    1. In Chrome on Windows this can be done with Ctrl+Shift+I

  2. Once the console opens, ensure the network tab is selected, you may need to use the arrows to access it
    ​

  3. With it open, recreate the issue you are seeing in FSP

  4. At the point of the issue, look in the log in the console and look for any red lines.

    1. When you find a red line present like this:
      ​

    Take a screenshot of it, and also right click it and go to Copy -> Copy as cURL (bash).
    ​

  5. If there are no red lines present, provide a screenshot of the console at the time of the issue.
