Locating QuickBooks Errors
There are two ways to view sync errors with QuickBooks.
From your Billing Hub:
Or, from Settings>Integrations>QuickBooks Online>Activity Log:
You can either select the 'Sync Error' hyperlink or the 'View Details' box and it will take you to another page where you can see the specific reason that invoice is failing to sync.
Often, the issue lies with a missing link to QuickBooks.

Fixing QuickBooks Errors
After you have linked what was causing the error you just need to go back to the activity log (Settings>Integrations>QuickBooks Online>Activity Log). Here you select 'Retry' under your failed sync.
