Self service payment links are links that are created on products and services for end users to be able to purchase items on their own, without help from a staff member. Self service payment links only require a login to FSP, but no invoice permissions. Self service payment links are ideal for selling online ground school courses to current students and you do not want staff intervention.

Prerequisites
- A Payrix merchant account is required for self service payment links.
- CC (keyed/stored) and/or e-check as a payment method is required to be enabled.
Step by Step
- Navigate to Settings > Billing Hub > Product & Service Items
- Add or edit an item with the Item Type equal to Product or Training Content
- Toggle "generate self service payment link" to Yes
- Save
- The URL is created upon the save of the product and service.
- Open the product and service item again to copy the URL.
- The unique link to the product and service can now be placed anywhere you need - website, emails, turned into a QR code, or placed in the notices section of the dashboard of FSP. FSP has also created templated marketing materials for download at the bottom of this article.
- When an end user clicks on a self service payment link, they will be directed to a modal that has that one product and service item total along with any taxes. Based on the payment methods you have enabled, they will be presented with the option to pay via CC (keyed/stored) and e-check.
