How to Purchase a Discovery Flight

Prerequisites

1. The discovery flight preferences must be configured.

2. A user must have the Discovery Flights URL for your organization. 

Description

The discovery flight feature gives users without access to Flight Schedule Pro to purchase a single product and service item with a credit card online via a unique URL created in FSP for your organization. A pending user account is created and can be approved when/if needed.

Step by Step

1. Access the Discovery Flights URL
2. The user will select the discovery flight package to purchase.
3. The user will pay via Credit Card.
4. The user will receive a confirmation email/receipt. 
5. A pending user will be created if they did not already exist in FSP. 
6. The user is ready to be scheduled in FSP and their information can be found in FSP in Billing> Discovery Flights
