How do I create a Booking Alert?

Booking alerts allow you to see information about the aircraft being booked via the display of a noticeable red circle with a white exclamation point next to the aircraft selection menu.  Hovering over this icon will allow you to see pertinent information about this aircraft prior to booking.  To create a booking alert, first click on the Aircraft Tab on the right side of the page:

Next, locate the aircraft for which you'd like to add a booking alert, and click on the aircraft name.  Then select Booking Alert:

You will then see a pop up window titled Booking Alert.  You'll want to enable the booking alert by toggling the switch to on, then type your message describing the booking alert.  Once you're done, click save and you're all set!

When creating a reservation, the booking alert will be present to the right of the aircraft selection menu.  You'll want to hover over the red icon to view the message associated with the alert:

Note: The Manage Resources Permission is required to add a booking alert.
