Connect your ground school account to your Flight Schedule Pro account to claim a newly purchased ground school course and to view and share your course progress within Flight Schedule Pro.
Step by Step
Connect Your Ground School Account
Once you have purchased a ground school item, you need will need to connect your ground school account to your Flight Schedule Pro account to claim your access to the course. To connect your accounts, follow these steps:
- Click View Apps on the My Apps widget on your dashboard. The Apps view is displayed.

Click the ground school account you want to connect. The Manage App view is displayed.
- Click Connect. The Connect view for the selected ground school provider is displayed.
- Select the companies you want to share progress with, then click Connect. An authentication screen for the account you are connecting is displayed.

- Your instructors and administrators at companies you select will be able to view your ground school training progress within Flight Schedule Pro.
- Whether you choose to share training progress with any company, you will still have access to view that data within Flight Schedule Pro.
- Notes:
- Enter your existing ground school credentials or create a new account. Your Flight Schedule Pro account is displayed and your accounts are connected. You also now have access to the new ground school course in the ground school provider system and can start that training.
- To view your ground school course progress within Flight Schedule Pro, navigate to My Training. Your ground school course is displayed in the course list.
- Click View for the ground school course. The Course Overview page is displayed.

Click the Exams tab. A list of completed practice tests is displayed.
Manage Access to Ground School Progress
To support your training, your instructors and administrators at your school will be able to view your ground school training progress. To manage who has access to view your training progress, follow these steps:
- Access the Manage App view for the ground school account in one of the following ways:
- Click View Apps in the My Apps widget on your dashboard, then click on the ground school provider in the Apps view.
- Click the cog icon for the ground school provider in the My Apps widget on your dashboard.
- Select the My Apps option in the user dropdown menu, then click on the ground school provider in the Apps view.
- Click View Apps in the My Apps widget on your dashboard, then click on the ground school provider in the Apps view.
- A list of connected companies is displayed. Toggle ON any companies that you want to share your training progress with. Toggle OFF any companies you want to hide your training progress from. Click Save. Your share access is updated.

Notes:
- If you join a new company, your training progress is automatically shared with that company.
- If you become inactive at a company, your training progress is automatically unshared with that company.

Disconnect Your Ground School Account
If you no longer wish to have your training progress displayed in Flight Schedule Pro, follow these steps to disconnect your account:
- Navigate to the Manage App view, click Actions, and select Disconnect. The Disconnect view is displayed.
- Click Disconnect and Remove Progress. Your ground school account is no longer connected to your Flight Schedule Pro account. Ground school course progress will no longer be displayed in Flight Schedule Pro.
- Notes:
- Disconnecting your ground school account will not delete that account. You will still be able to access the course outside of Flight Schedule Pro.

Permission Needed
- You must be the student in order to connect a ground school account to a Flight Schedule Pro account.
- A student’s course overview can be accessed only by the following users:
- The student
- The student’s instructors for any course
- Users with the permission View All Student Enrollments
