As a pilot, you can connect your LogTen Pilot Logbook to your Flight Schedule Pro account. This integration enables your flight data to flow easily and seamlessly to your logbook.
Step by Step
Connect Your LogTen Account
Follow these steps to connect your Coradine / LogTen account to your Flight Schedule Pro account:
- Access the Connect LogTen view in one of the following ways:
- Navigate to the Logbook page of your profile, then click Connect.
- Access the Manage App view for LogTen in one of the following ways, then click Connect:
- Click View Apps on the My Apps widget on your dashboard, then click LogTen Pilot Logbook.
- Select the My Apps option in the user dropdown menu, then click LogTen Pilot Logbook.
- Click View Apps on the My Apps widget on your dashboard, then click LogTen Pilot Logbook.
- Select the companies you want to share access with, then click Connect. A Coradine / LogTen authentication screen is displayed.
- Notes:
- Coradine is the parent company of LogTen and is owned by Flight Schedule Pro.
- Your instructors and administrators at companies you select will be able to view your logbook summary data within Flight Schedule Pro. See View LogTen Hours in Flight Schedule Pro for more information about what logbook data is displayed within FSP.
- Whether you choose to share your logbook summary data with any company, you will still have access to view that data within Flight Schedule Pro.
- Notes:
- Enter your Coradine / LogTen credentials, then click Login. Your Flight Schedule Pro account is displayed and your LogTen and Flight Schedule Pro accounts are connected. A My Logbook Numbers widget is displayed on your dashboard. That widget will be updated with flight data directly from your LogTen logbook.
Manage Access to Your LogTen Data
When your LogTen account is connected, you will see a summary view of your logbook flights within Flight Schedule Pro. To support your training, your instructors and administrators at your school will also be able to view this information. To manage who has access to view your logbook data, follow these steps:
- Access the Manage App view for LogTen in one of the following ways:
- Click Manage for the LogTen Pilot Log option in the My Apps widget on your dashboard.
- Select the My Apps option in the user dropdown menu, click LogTen Pilot Logbook, then click Manage.
- Navigate to the Logbook page of your profile and click Manage.
- Click Manage for the LogTen Pilot Log option in the My Apps widget on your dashboard.
- A list of connected companies is displayed. Toggle ON any companies that you want to share your logbook data with. Toggle OFF any companies you want to hide your logbook data from. Click Save. Your share access is updated.

- If you join a new company, your logbook data is automatically shared with that company.
- If you become inactive at a company, then your logbook data is automatically unshared with that company.

Disconnect Your LogTen Account
If you no longer wish to have your flights in Flight Schedule Pro automatically populated in your logbook, follow these steps to disconnect your account:
- Navigate to the Manage App view, click Actions, and select Disconnect. The Disconnect LogTen view is displayed.
- Click Disconnect and Remove Data. Your LogTen account is no longer connected to your Flight Schedule Pro account. Flights from FSP will no longer be automatically populated in your logbook.

- Disconnecting your logbook will not delete your LogTen account and will not affect any previously added flights in your logbook.

- You must be on a Mac or iOS device in order to download and access the LogTen app.
