Frequent Logouts

Follow

If you are experiencing frequent logouts from our web app, this article will help you understand the potential causes and guide you through steps to resolve the issue.

Common Reasons for Frequent Logouts

System Updates: Our team regularly pushes updates to improve performance and security. During these updates, users may be logged out.
Multiple Device Access: If you access the web app from multiple devices, it can cause session conflicts, resulting in logouts.
Session Expiry: For security reasons, users are automatically logged out 24 hours after their last login. We recommend manually logging out at the end of your workday to avoid unexpected logouts.

How to Report an Issue

If none of the above reasons apply to your situation, please submit a support ticket with the following information to help us investigate further:

1. Time Stamps and Activity: Provide the time stamps of some of the logouts along with a description of what you were doing at the time (e.g., navigating to a specific page, checking out a reservation, etc.).

Example:

  • Date: MM/DD/YYYY
  • Time: HH:MM AM/PM
  • Activity: Description of the activity (e.g., "Entering a session", "Viewing the schedule")

2. A screenshot showing any crashed webpages or errors
