We understand that certain situations may require urgent attention even beyond our business hours. Below are our regular support hours, additional days when support is out of office, and how to receive emergency support after hours.

For any non-urgent inquiries or support requests during regular business hours, please submit a ticket here.

Support Hours

Our regular support hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding company holidays.

Company Holidays (Offices are Closed):

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Global Wellness Day (Second Saturday in June, observed on Friday)
  • FSP Company Retreat (June 17-19)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Global Mental Health Day (October 10)
  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Friday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Emergency Support

Emergency support is reserved for incidents that pose significant operational risks or impact the core functionality of our services.

  • Site Down: Any situation where the operational status of your site or service is compromised, leading to a complete outage.
  • Aircraft Incident: If you have an aircraft incident that needs additional support for FSP to comply with emergency and investigative personnel.

For urgent matters requiring immediate attention outside regular support hours, please contact our emergency support line at 1-913-346-7454.

When contacting emergency support, be prepared to provide essential details such as:

  • your company name
  • contact information
  • nature of the incident
  • any relevant context or background information.

After reaching out, our designated on-call support personnel will promptly respond to your call and initiate the necessary steps to address the emergency. 

Important Note: While we strive to provide timely assistance during emergency situations, please understand that response times may vary depending on the nature and severity of the incident. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure the safety and continuity of your operations.
