Manage your Availability

  A few important things to note:

  • You'll need special permission to manage your availability. If don't see the menu items below, you may need to check with an admin to make sure you have the proper permissions.  
  • Only you and users with permission to override reservation errors will be able to book appointments with you during your unavailable times.

How to get to your Schedule:

  1. Click "Home" in the left-hand menu
  2. From the Dashboard, click the "My Profile" button to the right of your name
  3. Click "Account Settings" at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Manage Availability" from the drop-down menu. (see below)

Set Up Weekly Availability


Your weekly shifts repeat every week, week-after-week.

Click the "Edit" button to edit your weekly availability:

Adding shifts:

  • Click Add to create a new shift. You can create one or several shifts in the same day.
  • Click Copy to All to copy a day's shifts to all days of the week
  • Click Remove to delete a shift on any day.

Schedule Time Off/ Time On

 
To add Time Off / Time On from your Profile:

Navigate to your Availability:
  1. Click "Home" in the left-hand menu
  2. From the Dashboard, click the "My Profile" button to the right of your name
  3. Click "Account Settings" at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Manage Availability" from the drop-down menu
Add a Time Off / On entry:
  1. Under "Time Off/On" heading, click add
  2. Select Time Off or On.
  3. Enter the start date/time and the end date/time.
  4. Click on Save to confirm.

Note: Time On can not be scheduled if there is already a Time Off entry for that time period. Similarly, Time Off can not be scheduled if there is a Time on Entry.

The entry will need to be deleted from Manage Availability screen. 

Permissions:

End users will need the Manage My Own Availability in order to define their availability and time on/off entries. Admins and Staff can be given Manage Availability For All Users which gives them the ability to adjust available for others.
