Accessing the Help Center (Ticket System & Community)

Follow

Logging into the FSP Help Center you can do things like view all of your tickets you've submitted and even participate it our Community! The best part is - you just log in with the same login you use to access FSP!

Step by Step

To login follow these steps!

  1. Go to https://support.flightschedulepro.com/ and select "Sign in" in the top right.
  2. This will direct you to the FSP login page - Log in as you would if you were going to your FSP.
  3. Afterwards you will be directed straight back to the Help Center and logged in.

Getting Around

Once you've logged in you can click on your name in the top right and select "My activities" to see any tickets you've submitted as well as any contributions you've made to the FSP Community Forums!

To access the Community, you can either get there by any of those contributions you've made, or if this is your first time you can simply select "Community" on the top right. Alternatively, you can also go directly to the Community here.

The Community

In the Community part of our Help Center you will see two places, the "Flight Schedule Pro Pilots Lounge" and the "Flight Schedule Pro Hanger". These are open for all logged in users to participate in. But, what is it for?

The FSP Pilots Lounge

The Pilots Lounge is the place is start having conversations with pilots, students, flight instructors and aviation enthusiasts about anything aviation! Here you can see our Welcome Post, where you can take a moment to introduce yourself to other FSP users! And here you can take a peak at our rules. All logged in users also have the ability to start new threads and get responses from our other users as well as our staff!

The FSP Hangar

Have you ever been curious how other flight operations are leveraging Flight Schedule Pro to their advantage? This is now your go-to spot! Here, much like the Pilots Lounge, you can visit our Welcome Post and Rules. Likewise, anyone who is logged in gets to participate!
