How to Access Your Merchant Account (Payrix)

To access your merchant account, navigate to Settings > Billing Hub > Setup Credit Card Processing > Merchant Portal

If you see ‘Sign Up’ here instead of ‘Merchant Portal’ click that link to start a merchant application. Here is a help article for completing that

You’ll be prompted to login using the username and password combination that was set up during the application process. This is usually the primary owner of the business or the primary billing admin user of Flight Schedule Pro.

Confirming your Account

You’ll know whether you need to confirm your email address if you see a red banner at the top of the page after logging.

If you are the primary user of the merchant account, you must confirm your email address with a verification sent by Payrix. It should happen after your application process, but if it hasn’t and you’re able to log in, you can request to re-send the confirmation email to your email via the red banner at the top of the page.

Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your password, you can do so on the login screen with Payrix.

If you are still having trouble accessing the email, username and/or password for the primary admin of the merchant account, please contact our support team via the in-app help option, and ask Tower to speak with an agent.

Adding a New User

To add a new user, the primary user of the merchant account will need to send an email to [email protected] with the subject line of "New Merchant Account User" and provide the following:

  • Express consent to invite the new user to the merchant account as an admin

  • The new user’s First & Last Name, email & phone number

Our support team will create the new profile and send the invite. It is recommended that all new users navigate to their Profile and update their passwords once they are able to access the merchant account.
