First, you'll need to make sure Fuel Reimbursements tracking is turned on:
Sign in and go to Settings > Billing Hub > Edit Billing Preferences
Check the box for "Track Fuel Reimbursements" (see image below)
Select the Account for Fuel Reimbursements
Once this feature is active, you have two ways of issuing fuel reimbursements.
