Does your company have multiple locations? Does a user access to see more than one? Is their schedule only showing one specific location despite having access to more than one? You may have a default location set up on their profile. This is easy to remove if need be!
First, click on the People tab on the left side of your screen:
Next, search the user's name in the search bar, then click on their name when it appears:
You will be directed to the user's profile. On their profile, click Account Settings>Online Access:
Select the dropdown menu for default location:
Select the "None" option, then click "Save":
