Company

Manage Company Settings

Gives a user access to the settings icon at the top right

Manage Student Curriculum

Create and add Training Hub courses

Manage MX Hub Settings

Users with this permission will gain access to Maintenance Hub settings and be able to make changes.

Manage Inventory Hub Settings

Users with this permission will gain access to Inventory Hub settings and be able to make changes.

Manage QBO Settings

Users with this permission will be able to manage QBO mappings and settings.

View People Reports

View Work Order Reports

Users with this permission will gain access to reports for work orders, work items, work logs, logbooks, etc.

View Inventory Reports

Users with this permission will gain access to reports for parts, inventory, etc.

View Curriculum Reports

Can Create Reports & Dashboards

This permission allows a user to create/edit new reports and dashboards in the self service reporting section for users with the Advanced Reporting Add-On. Users without this permission will still be able to view reports and dashboards that have been shared with them.

Add New Users

Approve New Users

When people signup remotely, users with this permission can review their registration and approve them for access.

View All Users & Groups

Can view all users and groups as well as notes, endorsements, and checkouts for a user.

Manage All Users

Can edit all user profile, photo, account settings, notifications, notes, documents, endorsements, aircraft checkouts, etc.

Add & Manage All Groups

Can add groups and edit settings of groups.

Manage Company Notices

Can create, edit, and delete all company notices posted to the dashboard.

View All Users Contact Info

Can search for other users by name to look up basic contact information.

Resources (Aircraft, Instructors, Staff Pilots, Equipment)

Manage Resources

Create, Edit, and Delete Aircraft, Instructors, Staff Pilots, Meeting Rooms, and Equipment. Includes permission to edit all related information associated with these resources.

View Resource Profiles

Read-only access to active aircraft and instructor profiles.

Scheduling - Basic

View the Schedule

Read only access to the visual schedule and resource availability.

Schedule My Own Reservations

Create and edit reservations for myself, subject to any scheduling restrictions you define.

Delete My Own Reservations

Can cancel my own reservations, subject to cancellation restrictions you define.

Manage My Own Availability

Edit My Own Work Schedule

Allows the user to edit their own work schedule if they are an instructor or staff pilot.

Gives users access to the Reservations tab.

Override Reservation Errors

This permission allows the override of certain exceptions during the booking process. It is recommended for scheduling personnel you'd like to grant more flexibility.

Create/Edit/Delete Past Reservations

Allows users to make changes or delete historical reservations. Leaving this unchecked helps preserve reservation history.

View All Users Reservation Details

Enables users to see the names and details of other users reservations on the schedule except for internal comments.

Edit Internal Comments

Add and edit internal comments on reservations. Only applies to reservations the user has permission to edit.

Can be Double-Booked

Enables the selected user(s) or instructor(s) to be booked for a standard reservation and a standby reservation at the same time.

Edit All Work Schedules

Allows the user to edit all instructor or staff pilot work schedules.

Override Dispatch Errors

This permission allows the override of certain exceptions during the dispatching process. It is recommended for dispatching personnel.

Authorize All Users Flights

Users with this permission will be able to view all authorizations, select authorizing user, and provide authorization for all flights that require authorization.

Edit Historical Flights

Allows users to make changes to historical flights. Leaving this unchecked helps preserve flight record history.

Delete Historical Flights

User with this permission will have the ability to check-in Classes where they are listed as the Class Instructor.

User with this permission will have the ability to check-in all Classes.

If you have the "Account" payment method activated, users with this permission are allowed to pay for things "on account". They can run up a negative balance with you to be paid later.

Billing - Advanced

Access Billing Tab

Add Invoices

Users with this permission will have the ability to create invoices in areas they have permission to access (Billing Tab, Reservations, and Transaction History).

Manage Invoices

Users with this permission will have the ability to Edit, Return/Refund, and Void/Delete Invoice in the areas they have permission to access (Billing Tab, Transaction History).

Adjust User Account Balances

Add Credit/Debit Memos

Edit Auto-Generated Items

Users with this permission will be able to edit the auto-generated items that are populated when an invoice is created from a reservation. This permission will overrule the permission to Edit Price & Discounts of Line Items in the instance that the invoice was created from a reservation.

Edit Item Price & Discount

At the time of sale, users can edit the price and or discount for a product or service added to an invoice.

Add Fuel Reimbursement

Users with this permission will be able to add a fuel reimbursement to an invoice

Must have surcharges setup on payment types first

Training Hub - Advanced

View All Student Enrollments

Users with this permission will be able to view student enrollments as well as add training to a reservation.

Add Student Enrollments

Users with this permission will be able to add new student enrollments. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View All Student Enrollments by default.

Manage All Student Sessions

Users with this permission will be able to edit training sessions for all student enrollments. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View All Student Enrollments by default.

Add Previous Training to Student Enrollments

Users with this permission will be able to add previous training to all student enrollments. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View All Student Enrollments by default.

Manage All Student Enrollments

Users with this permission will be able to edit enrollments for all students. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View All Student Enrollments by default.

Add Student Graduations

Users with this permission will be able to change a student enrollment status to Graduated. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View and Manage All Student Enrollments by default.

Log All Student Sessions

Users with this permission will be able to log sessions for all student enrollments. Users with this permission will be granted permission to View All Student Enrollments by default.

Allow Session Logging without a Reservation

Users with this permission will be allowed to log session from the student's course overview page as opposed to only being able to log a session from an existing reservation.

Aircraft Maintenance

Manage Maintenance Reminders

Users with this permission can create, edit, and delete maintenance reminders and maintenance templates.

Edit Aircraft Times

Users with this permission can edit aircraft times from the aircraft profile.

View Maintenance Reminders

Users with this permission have read-only access to maintenance reminders.

View Maintenance-Only Reminders

The ability to view Maintenance-Only Reminders should be set for anyone with the need to view non-airworthiness reminders that support maintenance operations.

Work Orders

View Work Orders

Users with this permission will gain access to the work orders module, including viewing work order details. Without it, users will still be able to see work order numbers listed throughout the system, but will not be able to view work order details.

Create Work Orders

Users with this permission will be able to create new work orders.

Edit Work Orders

Users with this permission will be able to edit information about any given work order, including status, name, etc.

Delete Work Orders

Users with this permission will gain the ability to delete work orders.

Manage Logbook Entries

Users with this permission will gain access to create, update, and delete logbook entries.

Work Items

Create Work Item

Users with this permission will be able to create ad hoc work items within work orders or on maintenance reminders.

Edit Own Work Items

Users with this permission will be able to edit all fields on any work item for which they are assigned.

Edit All Work Items

Users with this permission will be able to edit all fields on any work item regardless of assignment.

Delete Own Work Items

Users with this permission will be able to delete any work item for which they are assigned.

Delete All Work Items

Users with this permission will be able to delete any work item regardless of assignment.

Assign Work Items to Self

Users with this permission will be able to assign themselves to any work item in the system.

Assign Work Items to Others

Users with this permission will be able to assign any user to any work item in the system.

Manage Attachments on Work Items

Users with this permission will be able to add or remove attachments on work items.

Manage Work Item Links

Users with this permission will be able to manage links on work items.

Work Logs & Notes

Create Work Logs & Notes

Users with this permission will be able to create new work logs and notes.

Edit Own WOrk Logs & Notes

Users with this permission will be able to edit their own work logs and notes.

Edit All Work Logs & Notes

Users with this permission will be able to edit any work logs and notes.

Delete Own Work Logs & Notes

Users with this permission will be able to delete their own work logs and notes.

Time Tracking

Create & Edit Own Ad Hoc Time Entries

Users with this permission will be able to manually add new time entries to work items and work orders, as well as be able to edit their own time entries created manually.

Create & Edit Own Timer Time Entries

Users with this permission will be able to start and stop timers, which generate time entries on work items and work orders, as well as be able to edit their own time entries created by timers.

Create & Edit All Ad Hoc Time Entries

Users with this permission will be able to edit all time entries for all users regardless of how they were created.

Delete Own Time Entries

Users with this permission will be able to delete their own entries regardless of how they were created.

Delete All Time Entries

Users with this permission will be able to delete all entries regardless of how they were created.

Stop All Timers

Users with this permission will be able to stop other user's timers.

Parts

Manage Part Requests

Users with this permission will be able to create, edit, or delete part requests.

Remove Parts

Users with this permission will be able to document part removals on work orders and items.

Inventory

View Inventory

Users with this permission will gain access to the inventory modules, including viewing parts, stock records, and quantities.

Create Inventory

Users with this permission will be able to create new inventory records.

Edit Inventory

Users with this permission will be able to edit information about any given part, including name, part numbers, model numbers, stock records, etc.

Delete Inventory

Users with this permission will gain the ability to delete inventory records.

Pick Inventory

Users with this permission will be able to pick parts, print pick lists, and fulfill part
