Our approach to product feedback
Here at Flight Schedule Pro, we take product feedback seriously.
We believe that listening to our customers, team members and prospects - and bringing their voice into the projects we choose to invest in - is a sure-fire way to build a better product.
We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.
How to give us your product feedback
There are two ways you can provide feedback through the Feedback Portal. Simply click the Flight Schedule Pro logo in the lower left corner of the site, and then click ‘Feedback Portal’. This will launch the portal inside your window.
Provide new feedback: Click the ‘Give Feedback’ button and fill out the 2 question form.
Vote on existing ideas: Browse the cards of ideas that we are currently gathering feedback on.
What happens to your product feedback
Once feedback is received, our product team reviews and moves it through our process. We may merge it with a similar idea, add it to our backlog of ideas to consider next, or even reach out with questions. Please note that while your feedback may not show as a card in the portal, we review every single item that is submitted.
Every week our Product Team holds a product feedback meeting. We discuss the highest priorities for our customers, team members and prospects and look at how the requests align with our own product and company strategy.
If we decide to build a feature or make an improvement, the card status will change “On The Roadmap”. Once we have released a feature or enhancement, it will move to “Released.”
If you reach out directly to our Support or Customer Success teams, they'll be able to look up ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or provide an estimate for when your request will be reviewed.
